FAN FAVOURITES

Esteban and Pierre caught up with some BWT Alpine F1 Team fans in the paddock over the weekend, taking pictures, signing autographs and receiving some incredible fan art.

KEEPING COOL AND BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS

From cool vests to ice baths, Esteban and Pierre made sure to keep cool in the intense heat and humidity of Singapore. Over the weekend the team also celebrated some team members’ birthdays, including Esteban’s 27th which fell on Grand Prix Sunday in Singapore for the second time in his career.

PITSTOP PRACTICE AND AN INTENSE RACE

Our Race Team practiced pitstops over the course of the weekend, which helped them execute a smooth double stacked pitstop during Sunday’s Grand Prix. With the team watching on, the race in Singapore saw Esteban and Pierre both fighting for points-scoring positions. Esteban was running in sixth place before being forced to retire early with a suspected gearbox issue, and Pierre fought his way from 12th on the grid to finish in sixth and bring home some valuable points for the team.
